Garrick: Well. I don’t remember the last time I’ve blogged through words, or whatnot, but here goes again. For anyone who remembers, I was a huge Shakugan no Shana fan. Through the first two seasons, I’ve enjoyed the action and the drama, and whatever else came with the series. Well… from the first episode of this season… Read the rest of this entry »
Minnie: I love the screen shot above. Even though I am only about five years older than kids who love their autotune and Lady Gaga and horrible dance music, I feel like I’m 20 years older than them XD What happened to music where people can actually hear your voice? What happened to music with singers who actually have a range? But that’s a discussion for another day. For those of you who know me well, you know I’ve been gushing over this anime since the first episode and still gushing over it. Here I am with the very first blog for it~ Hope you guys enjoy my thoughts!
Minnie: Hello everyone! This is that one girl who used you to bother you lots by blogging/podcast/updating too much, but then, vanished without a trace. I’ll be frank. My time has been so preoccupied with singing, writing, and working that I have rarely any time for anime anymore. But man, this Fall season is so fantastic that I am back with so much love. This is the first season in a long time where I’m watching seven anime (though I’m not caught up on all of them) because I can’t give up on any of them. Kimi to Boku is one of them and here I am!
Minnie: Even though I didn’t talk in this podcast alone, I guess I’m the person who has to post it up on the main website? Anyways, hi everyone. I’m still as busy as always with my fandubbing Internet career as well as my real life writing career. I’m still working hard towards getting my first book published! It’s going to happen one day! Anyways, enough about myself, I am back with a podcast along with two HSA members- Garrick and Taan. Please enjoy this podcast we recorded for you guys!
TAAN: Well, once again a season has begun its end. Among the first to finish is No. 6, this quarter’s not-so-subtle yaoi epic. I’m not a fan of yaoi, but it’s out of the way enough to be more about interesting character development than straight up BL or anything, so I’m fine with that. In any case, it’s not close to the greatest anime, though it’s not anywhere near the worst either. Here’s how it went down, for me at least.
Minnie: It has been ages since I typed up a blog by hand like this! Whee!~ This is fun! Now, you’re probably wondering- why is she becoming slightly active all of a sudden? Why is she not vlogging/podcasting like usual? Simple. I’m sick so I can’t talk that well and Dengeki Daisy might end soon! It’s too exciting not to post about! Will this be the start of a HSA revival? And you are warned of spoilers!!
TAAN: Well, it’s a little late to do a wrap-up post for the previous season, but while making the Summer season post, I decided I might as well do this one as well. I wrote this a week or two ago, so I’m not going to bother updating old summaries (for the continuing series). The numbers next to the titles are the episode counts. It’s pointless to write them for finished ones, so that’s only for the continuing and unfinished series.
TAAN: Well it’s pretty much 3 eps into the summer season for most anime. I suppose that means it’s time for a general overview (cause everyone else died, somehow). Here’s how everything stacks up, in my view. Numbers next to titles are episodes watched out of episodes out. Read the rest of this entry »
TAAN: Well, the spring season’s here. Since blogging order’s not finalized yet, here’s a list of my impressions of nearly everything, in convenient alphabetical order. Maybe you can use it to help you decide what you want to watch, if you haven’t already. Forgive my lack of use of names, since I really suck with that. All images stolen from MAL, cause they’re already resized. Read the rest of this entry »
Minnie: Last episode of Kimi ni Todoke Season 2 and also, the last podcast I will ever talk for Hey, Say, Anime. Please enjoy my last piece of work. Thank you everyone for supporting me this entire time. I wish I could have continued doing this forever but sometimes, drama just gets in the way and people like myself need some time alone. If you do enjoy what I say/think about anime though, please visit my personal blog where I post not only my original fiction, but thoughts on various topics such as anime. Again, thank you and… good bye!
