Sora no Manimani Episode 2: Hair Complex Much?
A new pretty face to join the cast? Who can she be?
Minnie: I know out of all the summer anime, I picked quite a handful to watch and blog but unfortunately, by the end of the first week or two, there are only a couple of anime that I’m keeping my eyes on. One, I need to catch up on CANAAN and blog it for the lazy and too busy to blog Ri-Ni pair. Two, I need to catch up on Bakemonogatari to watch for fun. Other than those two, the anime that I have been keeping up with this season is none other than this show and SZS Season 3 (keep in mind that I haven’t finished season 1 of S & W to watch season 2 yet). Oh yeah, I need to see more of Umi Monogatari though I don’t know what happen to my partner… Anyways, get ready for some fangirling like the first episode! Sorry for it being late since I broke my charger for a couple of days and then need to blog Phantom~

Thoughts: I was really looking forward to the new girl because I have a soft spot for curly-haired female characters. Sadly enough, I didn’t like her voice actress or her character so this episode is one big let down for me. At least one thing stays awesome- Mihoshi~ I hope the anime gets better from here or else I might lose interest. Sigh. 
In-Depth Fangirling:
It seems that it’s Mihoshi’s daily duty as Saku’s self-proclaimed wifey to visit him in class every day and tackle/straddle him each time! I approve of this relationship and you rock like always Mihoshi!
Sadly enough, Hime did not meet my expectations… no matter how much she sparkles in this scene…
Despite Hime not meeting my expectations, I manage to laugh every time Mihoshi is on screen! She’s so much fun and well, she’s making yuri plausible within minutes of the anime! Woot!
Of course, that was a hug of doom from Mihoshi. It’s basically a hug that makes you so attached to her that she can get you into the Astronomy Club without knowing it! There’s no need to escape Hime! You’re going to join that club now no matter how much you protest! Mihoshi already got you the minute she touched you~
Dramatic grab=possible couple. Wait a second…
I was joking! I didn’t mean it seriously! But yeah, it seems like Hime already has a crush on Saku thanks to some incident in the past. 
My hair got caught on some guy’s shirt before and this didn’t happen! Not fair! Jokes aside, this is the incident Hime was talking about. It’s pretty insignificant to me but then again, Hatsukoi Limited pulled off a Mitsuki falling for Yuuji just by him sticking a lolipop in her mouth so… I’ll let this one go too.
Hair complex…. ah. I can relate to it not because I myself have hair complex but one of my fictional characters do. I am amused by the black people dancing in the background though. 
They are… dancing right?
I don’t know about you guys but Hime’s voice bothers me….. I do NOT agree with this voice actress for her. >___< Oh but I do like the fire of passion in the background. That was a nice tough at least.
Urm… Hime… that was soo insignificant that I doubt he’ll remember it…….. Just like how I used to race my crush to fourth period class, he probably doesn’t remember that either! *sobs* I know how you feel Hime!
Minnie’s Muse: Why are you crying now? You said you didn’t like that train scene!

Hime is probably trying to confess her love for Saku right here except it’s the second episode so…
Intervention by the wifey is essential!
Of course, since Hime didn’t know about that rule, she’s mad now. Terribly man. How dare this woman interfere in her love confession for a boy she has a crush on thanks to a single train/metro ride?! HOW DARE SHE?!
Thank goodness our good, bloody president is here to explain the truth to Hime or else she might have killed Mihoshi in a yandere style T_T. They’re going out in spirit, not actuality so Hime still has a chance!
See? Even they say so! Though, I still stick by my imaginary husband and wifey statement…
Epic face. Best. Face. Ever. Poor Hime. 
The love triangle is on! It’s pink versus yellow with Saku having no clue what is going on between these two young ladies! He’s probably smart enough to realize he should stay out of it… Good Saku.
Urm. Don’t drink that Saku…
Someone is not happy that the club is formed and that they’re already partying at their first official meeting. I understand how you feel though! Now, just go in there and join Saku’s harem~

Unfortunately for Saku, everyone wants to know what his house is like so they’re going to go uninvited! For fun! I bet you anything that Mihoshi is behind all this and Hime just wants to tag along for the sake of being with Saku and imagining herself as his wifey in that lovely house~
Did I mention how much I love the mom? Well, I do.
This is the Saku’s current harem: Hime, his bestie friend, and Mihoshi. They all want to see Saku’s beautiful room in hopes of marrying him one day! I don’t know about you guys but I’m cheering for Mihoshi. XP
This mental image actually makes them look like a fantastic, fanart couple~ Too bad I already picked a side since Episode 1 and Hime gets on my nerves because she didn’t meet my expecations and her voice doesn’t fit her!
Mihoshi thinks Hime looks too sexy for an outing like this so being the awesome leader she is, she has to redress Hime. Mihoshi, we all know you’re awesome so stop being even more awesome every second~ Hehe.

Episode 3 and others will come out in a couple of days~ I’m sorry for this lousy review but it’s been way overdue so here I am with it before I get to the others. Sorry guys! As of now, I’m not motivated to do anything but watch Yamapi all day long …

Mihoshi is wonderful, so of course I want her to get whatever, and whoever, she wants. I think one nice arc would for her to love-tackle as a few more boys into the club. And then maybe Saku would wake up a bit. I mean, who could really withstand such a love-tackle for even an instant?
And now that I think of it, I had never considered that astronomy club might have been a very romantic choice in high school. Promenades under the stars, trip out to countryside at night, blankets, and hot cocoa. Although in my high school, it would have been an all boys event with each kid building his own telescope and nerding out over who had the longest… focal length.
