Minnie: Because I have a lot of English work to do this semester, a job, and a lot of fiction to type up, I’ll most likely be dropping Sora no Manimani. The anime hasn’t lived up to the Nodame Cantabile hype and even though I enjoy it enough, I don’t think I’ll be able to blog it daily with everything else going on. For one thing, I’m behind five episodes? The second reason is I’m picking four anime next season. Yup. Four. I know Sora no Manimani finishes up before then but I’m really too lazy to blog it and catch up and then blog four other shows… Anyways, I shouldn’t be talking about Sora no Manimani since this is my Phantom post but I want everyone to know what’s up with that show. Even though I have little to no time nowadays, here is your Episode 24 review for Phantom~

Thoughts: Man. All those commenters were right. Eren versus Cal next episode. >____< This is horrible. Again, why can’t everyone get along and then kick Scythe Master’s ass together? And his new minions’ ass? Is that so hard? Sigh. Cal… please come back with us. With Eren and Reiji and make a happy family… Like that’ll happen. =/ Anyways, Cal is insane this episode and I semi-empathize with Mio this episode so all is well. I’m more excited for the last episode than anything really…

Fangirling:

Do you two know how creepy your master is? I wouldn’t listen or touch him if I were you… he sort of likes to experiment and use people like trash. It’s not really the type of master I’ll listen to… but if you girls won’t listen it’s your own fault… don’t tell me I didn’t warn you. >___< I wonder how long Mio knew Reiji before she loves him this much. o_____O I know in RL people fall in love easily and everything but really, I don’t want to watch these types of things in anime… Because is supposed to make more sense than real life! Mio’s love feel so fake and insignificant to Eren’s and Cal’s at this point… But oh well, it makes for good screen time this episode so I’m not going to complain too much.The look in Cal’s eyes right here along with spot-on voice acting… is enough to make me fangirl a little on the inside. I really can’t hate her… she’s just so darn awesome. <3 I love you Cal even though you say such mean lines and do such mean things~Why is Cal so cool? XD Okies, besides my fangirling, I really have to give the writers major points in coming up with these almost-cliche lines and make them refreshing to listen to. It’s all in the execution really. Even though we’re used to lines like this in our anime, Cal’s delivery is so spot-on and powerful that I can’t help but think a little more deeply on these lines… it’s amazing what music, good directing, and a couple of other things can do for a scene like this~I guess Cal is one of those people who like to take her words easily and literally because look what happened after she said those lines about being powerless and stuff…I know I shouldn’t be saying this but I’ve always wanted an army of fabulous-looking assassins like this… it’s my second highest fantasy after the group of man slave one… Anyways, this scene totally confirms that Scythe Master is not only a creep, but a perverted, pedo creep! Ewwww… Is there ANY redemption for this man?!!!!!!It’s not that I like Mio but she has some of the best facial expressions in this episode so I can’t help but automatically click and take a snapshot of her. >___< Poor Mio. Any bets whether she’ll live or die next episode? Personally, I think her dying will make a larger impact on the story but that’s just me… I just don’t want Cal or Eren to die… >______<

GO EREN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do it for your man and the many shippers who support Eren/Reiji!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3333333333333

Blood bath next episode? Exciting fights? Some lesbian scenes? Or will it be a downer by being anti-climatic? Let’s await to see what conclusion this anime comes to in the next episodes.
