Time for a sweet episode~

Minnie: Is it just me or am I getting this post out sooner than usual? Hurray for me. It’s been a long week, but at least it beats last week by like 10x or something. Last week  is torture. Anyways, I know winter is nothing in California in comparison to other places, but it’s getting colder and colder every day. At least, at night. My awful cough is back thanks to this, but it should go away soon. I only cough about twice a day, which is a vast improvement. The other anime I’m blogging comes out slightly later than usual this week so please look forward to both entries by me! Now, let’s talk about Kimi ni Todoke~

Minnie’s Anticipation for Next Episode: 9/10

Thoughts: It’s a pretty much fun episode after all the heavy stuff for the past six episodes. It makes for a nice break, doesn’t it? I’m glad that both of my favorite couples- Kazehaya/Sawako and Ryu/Yoshida- get a lot of screen time. <3 I am also super curious about Yano’s boyfriend. I can’t wait to see what he’s like, even though I sort of know. Overall, a relaxing, cute episode <3 And of course, a lot of Sawako goodness~

Fangirling:

Lmao! I love her parents’ reaction to her having friends now. XD It must be nice to hear that their daughter has finally made friends after all these years of being known as Sadako <3 I feel for her parents and I feel for her with these lines alone. I bet while Sawako is off to eat ramen with her friends, her parents are secretly celebrating at home. <3 I can see it and it’s so cute!

Oh my God. I totally understand what Sawako means <3 It’s always soo nice whenever I eat dinner with Koala! The food tastes much better with him around. No wonder I associate him with food so much! Hehe <3

Hehe. Now you know, Sawako, of the secondary pairing that I support from this show <3

This scene is pretty epic. XD Not only does it prove that Sawako knows nothing about the adult world, it shows how surprised she is at everything that is not of her understanding. She also thinks so well of others too <3 It’s so cute how she’s like wow, Yano is so mature for having a boyfriend instead of some other remark. About Yano’s boyfriend though, he acts a bit like a posessive boyfriend so I can’t wait for him to show up~

Awww Sawako!! You have so many questions today <3 And you’re asking all of the right ones too in such an innocent, Sawako way~ Kyaa!

I love how Ryu doesn’t deny or confirm it. Yoshida’s like ……… XD I love these two together already <3 Too bad that they have to get past that brotherly relationship first. It will be much harder for Yoshida.

And of course, Sawako is always thinking of the good sides of others. Yano’s like “That’s Sawako for you” Hehe.

Sawako, why don’t you understand that when you’re that nervous calling a guy… it means that you like him? Oh well. She’s socially behind everyone so I’ll forgive her for dragging out my pairing >:C

Hehe. I love how Kazehaya is just as nervous talking to her. But do I smell a hint of jealousy there? Oh Kazehaya <3 You don’t want the girl you like to be spending precious time with Ryuu right? I got ya.

These three are doing what high school students do best- compare each other’s types! Is this girl/boy your type or not? Oh Ryu. You and your answers~

Oh Yano. XD I love you. I really do. I find teasing friends the best types of friends~ At least to watch. Hehe. I also love how Kazehaya is so shy and cute and awesome~

I’m not the only one who KYAAAAAAAA over this scene right? Sure, it’s a typical shoujo scene where the male lead is being awesome but these two are so cute together that I can’t help but love them and forget temporarily about the typical thing. Kazehaya should have ride on the bicycle with Sawako if he could, but this will do for now. Yes, yes. This will do for now. ^^;;

And best of all, to end the episode and this review, we have a Yoshida/Ryu moment. Score. This episode made me happy in a fuzzy way. Hehe. Sorry for the lousy fangirling, but I have a second blog entry to write. Expect the Seitokai no Ichizon post entry out soon. As for this anime, I await the next episode!
