Steve: Most of this entry will cover Episode 8 aka Drill/Main Harem Lead episode. However, Episode 7 is so fantastic that I have to talk a little bit about it. I know I didn’t blog it despite it being an awesome episode. I had no screen shots and no motivation last week. Moving on, let’s take a look at the latest episodes of L v B.
This is the number one reason why this harem is definitely a harem. The protagonist refuses to believe that he’s being chased around by all these pretty girls and he has no balls to recognize what going to a summer house with a lovely young lady means. Instead, all he can do is whine about the blazing sun. Oh poo.
Haven’t you guys heard? When someone is drunk, they show their true selves. In other words, all those wimpy and stupid male protagonists will know what it means to **** a chick when they’re in that state. Sigh. Because seriously, if otherwise, they can’t get some ever… because they don’t have any real balls…
Wait a second. What service did he do for you, young lady? Perverted thoughts aside, this is another ruse in harem anime to get two people to kiss when they’re at each other’s throats for ages. It’s ridiculous and cliche, but I can’t help but admire the nice background and colors for this scene. I know I said I don’t like these two together and… thanks to this episode, I am a firm anti-fan of this pairing now. How bleh-worthy.
Conclusion
Now, Episode 7 is worth watching in my opinion. Although most of us saw that crossdressing secret from a mile away, it was still nice to see her struggle on one of the most powerful days of her life. I love the music. I love how she manages to come out in a pretty maid dress outfit and I love how the ending is so full of win <3 The main character is an idiot but we’ve established that for ages now. All in all, Episode 7 is lovely and I like how they handle such a cliche situation. As for Episode 8, it’s pretty dumb in my opinion, but at least, it has substance and not too much fanservice in comparison to the other episodes. The supposedly character development is solid too… for a series like this. I guess I’ll blog this anime to the very end. Until next time… Steve out!
