Don’t tell me you think I’m always behind on anime like this.

Miken: I needed a reason to get off my rear and watch all the series that piled up during the tail end of school. My problem is that I pick up way too many series and my sense of “I NEED TO FINISH THIS” kicks in after 3-4 episodes and I become almost completely unable to drop it. It takes something especially horrible (like Winter Sonata) to get me to drop a series well into it. However, this season has been marked with a bunch of series I just didn’t feel like continuing. I suppose I’m finally learning my lesson and not watching series that I don’t outright enjoy to at least some degree. Also — thankfully, not all of these episodes were watched at once. It’s more like catching up bit by bit on each series over a rather long stretch of time [I don't do marathons much anymore].

Time for Masaomi's arc! And it involves being screwed with by Izaya - hooray?!

Katt: I have been horrible with anime watching this season–I’ve only watched the first episodes of the two series that I’m supposed to be blogging, and I haven’t blogged either of them. In terms of leisurely watching, I’ve only been keeping up with Durarara!! consistently, and while watching the latest episode I thought, “Wow, Minnie suddenly stopped blogging this series waaay early on…” and that is a travesty! So I’m stealing it, such that I have something to do.

Minnie: Hiya~ This week is going to be one tough week for me. One, the weather is not that great. Rainy seasons are so not my thing. Besides that, I’m trying to type a bit of four stories at once. Minnie: I’m exhausted! After a week of quizes, I am heading toward a week of tests next! But wait. What do we have here? A DRRR episode? It is that time of week after all for another episode to come out. After a disappointing recap episode of Kimi ni Todoke, let’s see if this can cheer me up~ Yay for more twisted-ness?

DRRR introduces a gang fight scene this week!

Minnie: This week, I am slightly late with DRRR and for a pretty good reason. One, I found an interesting manga to read. Two, I’m sort of in a slump about my writing again. I know it’s like the 100th time, but it tends to bug me anyways. Three, I’ve been throwing my arm out with Mario Tennis. You know what happens to your arm when you play Wii Baseball constantly for like more than 2 hours or something on your first day? This is the exact kind of pain. On the bright side, a new episode. Heck, let’s just move on with it.

Minnie: The first episode took a while to sub, but I guess now that there’s a hype for it, the subbers are either faster or there are more group subbing them. Thankfully DRRR doesn’t come out anywhere near Kimi ni Todoke so I don’t have to worry about getting swarmed with blogging work. This is my third semester in college after all and I don’t want to screw up~ Too much?

Dun. Dun. Dun!!!

Minnie: Here’s the funny story. My blogmate Miken believes Angel is blogging this anime. My other blogmate Ric believes Miken is blogging this anime. A couple of other people believe other blogmates are blogging this anime. This is what happens when we didn’t divide it into an official list at our forums, but I digress. Out of almost all the winter anime airing this season, this is the one that caught my eye early on because it hints toward romance, which is my forte, and is recommended by a couple of people around the blogosphere that I trust. Other than that, I believe this anime screams a Minnie blog, just like the last Vampire entry does with TZM. So… here I am with its first episode blog entry!
